I PREZZI COMPRENDONO:
- Televisore a colori con telecomando
- Cambio settimanale della biancheria da bagno, da letto e tovagliato
- Uso della cantina/deposito sci, posto macchina coperto
- Spese di consumo: acqua calda, gas, energia elettrica, riscaldamento.

I PREZZI NON COMPRENDONO:
- Pulizia finale obbligatoria dell'appartamento, escluso blocco cucina: € 50,00.
- Cauzione di € 150,00 restituibile alla partenza del cliente, salvo eventuali danni. Per Natale, Capodanno ed Epifania € 300,00.

NOTE:
- Soggiorni settimanali da sabato dalle ore 16.00 - 18.30 a sabato, entro e non oltre le ore 10.00
- Per partenze in orari o giorni diversi da quelli stabiliti sulla scheda la cauzione verrà spedita non appena effettuato il controllo dell'appartamento.

THE PRICES INCLUDE:
- Colour television with remote control
- Weekly change of bed and bath linen
- Use of cellar/ski deposit and private garage
- Consoption costs: hot water, gas, elettricity, central heating.

THE PRICES DON'T INCLUDE:
- Final cleaning of the apartment € 50,00 except kitchen
- Caution of € 150,00 refundable at client's departure, except eventual damages. At Christmas, New Year's Day, Epiphany it will be € 300,00.

NOTES:
- Weekly stays from saturday 4.00 p.m. - 6.30 p.m. to saturday, before and not later than 10.00 a.m.
- For departures in different hours or days from those fixed on the reservation the caution will be sent just after the apartment has been controlled.
